International High School programmes

Students will pay a Parental Tuition Contribution Fee per year. The whole Parental Tuition Contribution Fee is due to be paid in advance each year at the time of application and after the receipt of the Admission Letter. Parental Tuition Contribution Fees should be transferred to the bank account of AIC. Students who may need financial support can apply for Avicenna Scholarship programme.

International High School of Avicenna International College (AIC) provides an elite, safe, warm, family-type environment in the heart of Budapest for the international students who wish to complete their high school studies in English and get British and Hungarian degrees to facilitate their admission to European, UK, North American and other international universities.

AIC services meet all the high European and international standards, yet the fees are tailor-made to meet the needs of the international students and be economic and affordable for the parents.

AIC provides its educational and extracurricular services in two formats:

• International Day High School
• International Boarding High School

Application Fee (paid once, non-refundable) = 100 Euro

Annual Parental Tuition Contribution Fee = 12,000 Euro

Consular Interview Training: 100 Euro

Registration Fee (paid once, non-refundable): 800 Euro

Books, Handouts and Supplies (per year) = 800 Euro

Insurance (per year) (Hungarian students show their home insurance): 200 Euro or 1000 Euro

University Admission Services (paid once, non-refundable) = 1000 Euro

Sport Uniform (2 sets) = To be announced later

Visa and Residence Permit Services (when applicable) = 500 Euro

Avicenna – Semmelweis Scholarship

Avicenna International College is proudly among the very few private international educational institution in Europe that provides scholarships and financial assistance for talented and dedicated students from Hungary and abroad.

This scholarship is provided under the name of two famous physicians, Avicenna and Semmelweis. Therefore, “Avicenna – Semmelweis Scholarship” can cover part of the expenses of the qualified and talented applicants.

The AIC regional offices in some countries are allowed to provide the scholarship (China and India) in coordination with the Office of President.

In other countries, qualified applicants should send their request for this scholarship to the Admission Department at the time of application.

Each scholarship or financial support is valid for the actual academic year and every year a new application should be filed by the parents if applicable.

Any financial support is extended to a student if he or she is actively participating in the academic, CSP and sport activities of AIC.
